What are the room prices?
Rooms 5–7 are USD $15 per night, Rooms 1–3 are USD $20 per night, and Room 4 is USD $25 per night. JaneChill confirms the final total and any agreed extras before accepting a booking.
When are check-in and checkout?
Both check-in and checkout are at 12 noon, Ghana time. Ask in advance if you need a different arrival or departure time.
Does sending a request reserve a room?
No. A request lets JaneChill check your dates. Your stay is confirmed only after JaneChill checks availability, verifies your privately arranged payment and confirms the reservation.
How close is the coast?
The owner estimates around 20 minutes by car to the beach. Traffic and your chosen destination can change the journey time. JaneChill is not beachfront.
Can I bring a pet, order a meal or plan an event?
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Meals and events are available by enquiry. Conditions, menus, capacity, timing and prices must be agreed with JaneChill.
Is there backup power?
A backup generator is available. Short interruptions may still occur while power changes over, so uninterrupted electricity is not promised.
What are the cancellation and deposit terms?
Your host will explain the applicable deposit, cancellation and refund terms before you confirm your stay.
