Your enquiry
We collect your name, email, phone number, room choice, dates, guest count and any message you provide. Company enquiries also include your company and accommodation requirements. We use these details to check availability, contact you and manage booking arrangements.
Keeping your details
Guest enquiries that do not become bookings may be kept for up to six months after our last contact, then deleted. Confirmed booking records may be kept longer where reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations or business records.
How we protect and process information
We restrict access to authorised staff and encrypt contact information in our database. Netlify hosts the website, Cloudflare hosts the booking system and database, and Resend sends booking-related emails. We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Cookies
Essential security cookies protect enquiry forms and staff access. We do not use advertising trackers.

We do not collect card or banking details on this website. JaneChill shares payment instructions privately after reviewing your request.
