These are the verified booking basics. Any policy not stated here must be agreed directly with JaneChill.
Request first, confirmation second
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a room. JaneChill checks availability and contacts you with the next steps. Payment instructions are shared privately. Your reservation is confirmed only after the team verifies payment and explicitly confirms your stay.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is at 12 noon. Checkout is at 12 noon on the checkout date, Ghana time. Ask in advance about a different arrival or departure time.
Room rates
Rooms 5–7 are USD $15 per night, Rooms 1–3 are USD $20 per night, and Room 4 is USD $25 per night. Room 4 occupancy requires confirmation. Payment instructions are arranged privately. No online payment is collected.
Extras and special arrangements
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Meals and events are by enquiry. JaneChill must confirm conditions, capacity, menu, timing and any extra costs before these arrangements are accepted.

JaneChill will explain the applicable deposit, cancellation, refund and house rules before you commit to a stay. Please ask your host about any arrangements important to you.
